Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $300.00

Due to the cost of shipping, a minimum order of $5.00 is required for all orders.

Shipping and Returns/Exchanges

Shipping. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Once the order is received, you can send the item back by following the instructions in our returns section.

For domestic orders, please allow between 2-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

To protect our customers, The Canadian Military Police Association (CMPA) Kit shop is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and The Canadian Military Police Association (CMPA) Kit shop will only ship to the address provided at checkout, the billing address must match the address associated with the method of payment.

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will be verified before being processed.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Lost or Stolen Package

As noted above, The Canadian Military Police Association (CMPA) Kit shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact 811shipping@gmail.com to initiate a Claim (see insurance).  Replacement of any lost or stolen shipments is limited to the amount of an approved insurance claim.

Insurance 

Items shipped using regular postage for oversized envelopes have no insurance coverage and the risk is completely accepted by the purchaser.  Replacement of lost or damaged items shipped using this method are completely at the discretion of the CMPA Kit Shop.  All other shipments carry a $100 insurance limit and claims are limited to $100 as stipulated by the carriers policies.   Additional insurance is available upon request for underinsured shipments.  Please contact 811shipping@gmail.com for quotes.

 Shipping Delays

Circumstances such as poor weather, labor disputes or other supply chain factors are beyond our control and we are not responsible for delays once the item is shipped.

We attempt to monitor such circumstances and adapt our shipping to mitigate whenever possible delays in delivery and try to purchase options that provide delivery within 2 weeks but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Environmental disasters, labor disruptions or global supply chain disruptions, for example, may cause wide spread delays, even if the contracted shipper is not directly involved.  Items may be delayed for lengthy periods of time. 

Once an item has been handed to a shipping company, such as Canada Post, or any other commercial shipper, the policies of that shipper are in force and we are unable to refund any purchase until the claim process has run it's course. 

If you feel a shipment has been unreasonably delayed, please contact us and, as we contracted with the shipper, we will attempt to resolve the issue and if necessary,  initiate a claim. 

Shipping Restrictions
